Pengaruh System Interoperability Kodal (SIK) terhadap Tatakelola Sistem Informasi Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Command and Control System Interoperability (SIK) on the governance of the Indonesian National Army (TNI) information systems. The approach used in this study is descriptive quantitative, collecting numerical data and analyzing it using statistical techniques to identify the relationship between SIK and TNI's information system governance. The results show that the implementation of SIK has a significant impact on improving the performance of TNI's information system governance. Based on t-test and F-test results, it was found that 78% of the variation in information system governance could be explained by the presence of SIK. Furthermore, the study highlights the importance of developing interoperable technologies that are continuously updated and the need for a multidimensional approach in managing information systems, including human resource training and technological infrastructure. This research provides strategic implications for enhancing the effectiveness of TNI's information systems through investments in modern military technologies and periodic evaluations of SIK performance.
